Player behavior & microtransactions

Context

This study was conducted out of curiosity to better understand player behavior and interactions with microtransactions. It aimed to identify patterns of engagement, motivations, and potential friction points.

My role & responsibilities

I was responsible for conducting user research as part of a two-person team, including user interviews, quantitative surveys, and desk research, to gather insights and inform UX design decisions.
