Context

AcqHome is a smart real estate assistant app that helps real estate agents manage more efficiently and match buyers with properties faster.

My role & responsibilities

As part of the design team, my main contributions were to the interface and overall user experience. My role was primarily focused on making workflows as intuitive and easy-to-follow as I could to ensure real estate agents could use the app quickly, visualize valuable information, and execute tasks with minimal friction. I worked on structuring user journeys, how to optimize dashboards, and how to iterate and simplify complicated features like lead scoring, property matching, and potential follow-ups, in a clear user-friendly way.
